Au sein de notre équipe recrutement dynamique et sympathique, vous travaillerez en véritable binôme avec nos chargé(e)s de recrutement. A ce titre, vous intervenez en amont des missions de recrutement, en identifiant et présélectionnant les candidats potentiels.

Vous gérez au quotidien :

- Le sourcing via les différents jobs boards et les réseaux sociaux,
- Le suivi des annonces et des réponses apportées aux candidats,
- La veille sur nos métiers : écoles pertinentes, nouveaux réseaux,
- La mise à jour dans notre base de données,
- La qualification téléphonique des candidats.
